Today I had an amazing workout after work, I change the routine to my brother in law routine and it was insane.... full weight 4 sets 10 reps... i can’t feel my shoulders...
But just to relax right now we are in the movie theater... let’s see how it is Hobbs and Shaw.... i hope good!!
