My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2019
It was a good day at work today despite it being Monday.... There was a bit of a scheduling crunch this morning which was annoying, but in the end the day wasn't too bad and I got six and a half hours on the clock. This evening I was back at the gym, on the elliptical of course and also on the machines to work out my arms. I didn't do anything for my legs because the machine was busy and I wasn't really feeling it anyways lol
