My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2019
Today was just yet another day to be honest.
Hot, and nothing too out of the ordinary at work. I got off at a decent time and was able to make it over to the grocery store to pick up a few needed small items.
When I got home I was hungry, but not too hungry. I spent some time getting my food ready for tomorrow and my homemade Gatorade, and then took a shower and tidied some things up real quick.
Then I made some cauliflower Mac and cheese. I put some cut up deli sliced chicken with it too. It was good and then I've just been sitting here on the couch watching this show on Netflix called The Sinner. It's pretty good. 
Looking up The Sinner now 😁😁
