Moin zusammen!

Gestern habe ich mal wieder keine Bewegung gehabt, um die Zerrung zu schonen. Siehe da, so langsam merke ich sie kaum noch. Deswegen habe ich heute auch direkt wieder, neben den täglich üblichen Schritten, einen Spaziergang in den Alltag integriert. Es wird!
