My Actifitastic Journey

In addition to normal daily routines I managed to get three separate walks in; 5 miles, 3 miles & another 3 miles respectively. Thankful for the wonderful workout! Planning to get out for a short blade tomorrow and possibly another 11 miles in walking. We shall see!

Give your body the rest it deserves whenever it needs it, but don't allow full-on laziness to set in. Keep wellness consciousness & the desire to move permeating your being. Let it seep deep into your Soul.
