I am loving this weekend quite a bit already!
Not only because it was absoulutely gorgeous out today, making it another great day to get my walking on...but also because I am THANKFUL for so much!
I am thankful for life

I am thankful for my health
I am thankful for reiki
I am thankful to be active
I am thankful to be in touch with my passions
I am thankful for steemit & actifit
aaaaand I am thankful for soooo much more..the list goes on & on!

Hi April! Wow! It's so good to be around all the gratefulness your sharing in this post (and every day!) I've been doing a lot of thinking about the emotions of frustration and gratefulness these days. Both are energies that focus the mind... One on the things that produce more frustration and the other on the things that ultimately produce success. I know the answer to all frustration is to re-focus the mind on gratitude. That's the key to becoming increasingly successful with whatever you set your mind and hand to! So! Being around all of this thankfulness... Well! It helps me be a better me so a special thank you and another High-Five! April!
