My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2019
I woke up this morning with aching arms and shoulders from all the weeding yesterday so I decided to take it easy. I spent most of the day doing a few chores I have been putting off for awhile. I did a bit of reorganizing in my kitchen and cleaning as I moved stuff around. I also painted a couple of metal garbage cans that were rusted on the lids. They now match my McDonald's stove.
