어제는 너무 피곤하여 포스팅도 못하고 잠들어버렸네요!
하루 종일 비가 내려 런닝머신에서 6km를 뛰고 마무리 운동하면서 걸었습니다! 포천마라톤 대회! 5km코스라 마라톤이라고 까지할 건 없지만 준비는 나름 잘 되고 있는듯 합니다!
점점 오래 뛸 수 있으니까요😁
밤새 비가 내리더니 아침에는 하늘이 맑아 기분이 상쾌하네요^^
