Warmup and core exercises (My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2018)

Quiet day.
I mainly focused on resting in order to fill my batteries for tomorrow’s workout which will be hard in preparation of my race for Sunday.

I have done a short warmup jogging running 4.3 km in 23’ followed by core exercises, including some planks and stretching.

Feeling good so far.

Summary:

  • 4.3 Km in total. run in 23’
  • Average Heart Frequency: 108 bpm
  • Maximum Heart Freq.: 143 bpm (some peaks...)
  • Total time including core exercises and stretching: 46'
