Recovery day(My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2018)

After yesterday’s hard running workout, I deserved a rest.
Resting is also part of the training plan.
You wouldn’t achieve a higher level of fitness if you don’t give a rest to your punished body.
Body needs time to evolve in order to be ready for a higher performance degree, so, today I did some jogging on the grass and then core exercises and stretching...
Enjoying the sun.
