Back at Barcelona again, ready to resume my running routine.
Today I had 1000m intervals with just 1’ recovery.
In total 6 repetitions, all of them run slightly higher than my lactate threshold and in a progressive way.
So, the paces have been, 3’38” , 3’37”, 3’37”, 3’36”, 3’35” and 3’34”.
Not as fast as I expected but seems that my last discontinued training due to a family weekend at the Pyrenees and followed by a business trip have managed to affect my performance...
But, I don’t care... I will get my best fit soon!

Wanted to answer "In the winter at these temperatures!?!" but remembered how the weather in spain is in december....
A few years ago I always went to spain in the winter to train motorcycleracing on the racetracks there with perfect weather conditions :D
The day has only 23 hours and not 24, do you know why? Because one hour is booked always for running.
