Long and fast Run (My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2019)
3km of soft run followed by 7km below 3’50”/km . Then, 1 km more of cooling down jog...
The first 10km run in 41 minutes. It has been very demanding I have finished the week really tired...
My legs are exhausted, fortunately tomorrow we start a softer run, on which I will run my target 10k race on Sunday so...the best is that till Sunday I’m going to reduce the intensity in order to arrive to the race day in full conditions.
