Electric Brompton (My Actifit Report Card: June 7 2019)
I used to go to the office, which is 7km far from my home, by bicycle.
I’m using a Brompton bike which is fabulous and I am quiet satisfied but there is something that I want to improve and it is the fact after a long working day, leaving the work late and tired it is not always easy taking the bike and ride back home...
Also now with the summer coming, it is usual to arrive to the job sweaty...
To fix these little problems I’m thinking for electrifying my Brompton, I’m looking for some electrical assistance...I like cycling so I want just some extra power...thus today I went to test one of the options...
Electric engine placed at the pedals...
I tested and it goes really well... it helps a lot specially at the ascents...
The only problem is that this option in particular is very expensive...>1500€ 😂😂😂
I’m anyway searching for the best option...
If you know about any electrical kit to check let me know...
