오늘은 테스트를 한번 해봤습니다. 이게 그냥 앉은 상태에서 핸드폰만 흔들어도 카운트가 되더라고요.
그렇다면 똑같이 걸으면서 카운팅을 늘릴수 있나?
똑같은 보폭으로 50걸음씩.
- 짐이 있는 왼손(가슴앞 고정)에 가만히 두고 걷고
- 오른손에 폰을 들고 흔들면서 걷고
결과는...
왼손 50걸음 : 5670 -> 5720
오른손 50걸음 : 5770 -> 5824
흔들리는 손에 폰을 들고 걸었더니 4가 증가!
결론은..
별차이없다. 꼼수 부리지 말고 열심히 운동하자. ^^
