My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2018

こんばんは。
今日は朝から会社の敷地内を歩きながら仕事をしました。

倉庫の大量のゴミを1日中処分しました。空気が汚くて大変だ。

工場の敷地内だけでも6,500歩も歩きました。
12月からバス通勤なのですが、時間が合わないので、今日は歩いて帰りました。

そうしたら8.6km！

久しぶりに長く歩きましたが、体力が相当ついたと思います。
