오늘은 가볍게 등산하고 3키로 채우려고 조금 달렸음
발이 슬 아픈게 찾아보니 현재 발 상태에(족저근막염?) 오르막이나 위로 올라가는 행동이 조금 더 무리가 간다고 함
그래서 무리 안 하고 적당히 했음
근데 최소 3키로는 달리기로 작정했으니 나머지는 달리기
간만에 등산경로에 철봉도 하는데... 오우... 몸이 무거움
상체도 좀 키우고 싶은데 철봉 할래니까 무거워서 못 하겠음
기구 쓰면 무게 천천히 올리는 건 할 수 있을 거 같은데
헬스장욕심이 근질근질 올라옴
