Bem, desde Março que baixei o meu peso de 70 kg para 65.6 kg. E quase não dei conta disso. Hoje, ao olhar para a balança até me passei. Ainda há umas semanas estava nos 67.7 kg. 🙃
Qual é o truque? Ir de férias duas semanas seguidas e não usar transportes de qualquer tipo... a não ser os pezinhos.
