My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2019

During the day, I had a lot of work, and I only managed to make a small walk.

In the evening I would ride a bike with friends, but it was raining and cycling had to be postponed.

That's why in the evening I managed to do 10k with aerobic exercise at home.

I share some photos of the place where I had to ride a bicycle - from Burgas to Sarafovo port.

        От Димитровград - Чудесно! Не съм била в града, но ми се иска да го посетя някой ден. В Бургас доста рядко има сняг, и ако завали, малко време се задържа :) Хубав ден и на теб @cryptospa :)
