My Actifit Report Card: 12월 1 2018
12월 1일, 2018년 마지막 달의 첫날이다. 올해는 나름 의미있는 한해였다. 가장 큰 변화는 매일 글을 쓰기 시작했다는 것과 매일 만보 이상 걷고 있다는 것이다.
또 한가지 중요한 변화는 새로운 직장이 생겼다는 것이다.
앉아있으니 졸립다. 걸으면서 글을 쓴다. 새로 생긴 습관이다.
밥을 먹고 앉아 있으면 졸음이 몰려온다. 그럴 땐 걷는다. 글도 써야하니 걸으면서 쓴다.
시간이 충분하지 않다. 오늘은 그만 써야겠다. 할 수 없지 어쩌겠나.
