My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2018

Today's activity consist of mostly walking around my city of Chicago. It's a very hot summer day reaching temperatures of high as 88. Walking in the hot sun shining down on you wearing black clothes absorbed the heat I took in now being able to cool off. Luckily for me it cooled down by the time we had hot to the beach and walked up and down it and had dinner. Now it's bed time.
