Another hurray

Mowing grass and walking with dogs is good for a high amount of steps just like shopping (all very exhausting too).

This is yesterday's activist report (September 6, 2019). I made the 10K again.

Losing weight doesn't work here, neither for my youngest.
I cannot figure out what the reason is. I think we eat too much fruit. Fruit is sugar too.
Nearly 4 weeks we are trying and after the first days of success it is only gaining weight now.
No, impossible these areuscles.

Our lives changed.
We eat less. We only drink water or tea (no sugar, no milk). We eat fruit and vegetables, meat, egg or a bit cheese.
I do not bake any longer, no candies, cookies, bread, potatoes, French fries.
By now the youngest ist sad, frustrated and no longer motivated.
Over 20K steps, to school by bike and daily sport of 1 hour has zero result. We consider the pie-diet.

Last night was the first night I slept a bit.
I could partly breathe. Yes, I woke up at 3 am but went back to bed. I felt tired. I woke up at 7 am and again went back to bed. My day started at noon.

Two hours later it started to rain.
Me and the dog we're soaked and she did nothing outside. Strange enough she did not for the whole day. Is it possible not to pee for 28 hours?

Sweet dreams to all of you. My allergies started again so I hope I can catch some sleep too.
