My Actifit Report Card: April 10 2019

This is my first post on actifit after being introduced to this marvelous platform by @jaraumoses last evening.

I am a long distance runner and I do my training every morning at six for two hours.
Let me breakdown my day in a paragraph or two. I woke up at six as usual and jogged for two hours together with my teammates, after which I took a bath and had breakfast. Then I left for office work at seven thirty.

My office job is quite good and I don't usually have bad days at work. This evening, I had the chance to meet with@jaraumoses again and he guided me on how to post and here I am. I am hoping to have a fine evening, especially if Manchester united gets beaten tonight.

I am thrilled to bits to be among one of the wonderful users of this platform.
