My Actifit Report Card: April 11 2019

Woke up late this morning and did not feel like doing a morning walk.. so I didn’t. Feel kinda bad about it, but there’s always tomorrow... right? Spent most of the day at my desk coaching the csr’s today, so not much moving around during the day. Nevertheless I was able, with a little extra effort when I came home from work, to reach my daily goal of at least 10 000 steps.
