Woke up very early....about 3am. Stayed awake for more than an hour before I finally was able to get back to sleep. It resulted in me not getting out for my morning run as early as I had intended. Was Still able to get in almost 5K... Slow, but nevertheless.

It was kinda dewy and humid, although not too hot. Pretty comfortable temperature.

And the sun was just “waking” up as well.

After my morning run most of the day was pent behind my desk at work, and we all know that does not accumulate many steps.
