My Actifit Report Card: October 2 2019

I’m back!!! Went out for another run this morning,... I may have pushed it a bit too hard the first two kilometers because I was struggling with my breathing for the rest of the 5K run. Took me a while to recover and stop coughing after I was done... but I did it, and it felt good regardless.

It was cloudy but still warm this morning.

Fall is definitely here,... I love it though. The changes in colors is beautiful.

The last part of my run I did up Main Street in our sleepy little town.

Busy day with coaching and meeting at work limited me from moving around and accumulating steps at work, however happy about reaching my daily goal of 10 000. Made jummy pork chops with mashed potatoes for dinner.
Got some more yarn in the mail yesterday, and started a new knitting project.. got a couple going at the same time.
