My Actifit Activity Log [01.08.2019] DROP YOUR FITNESS ANCHOR

Hi everyone!

That was an incredible week of stepping wasn’t it! I’m sooooooo impressed with everyone’s effort! We all really took our stepping to the next level didn’t we!? Many of you achieved personal bests during this challenge so a BIG congratulations goes out to all of you who managed to do this!

Now the question remains... Why would we do this? Why attempt a personal best? Is the pain of pushing past previous limits worth the kind of effort expended? And one I’m sure many of you thought at least once but would never admit it... "Am I crazy?" Hahaha!

No! Your not crazy even though you may have felt a bit crazy in the moment... Yes! Achieving a personal best IS worth the effort!

Because by pushing through the limits of your old self you opened pathways to the potential new you that could be. You dropped an anchor that holds fast to the real meaning life possesses. A point in your life that will hold true in reminding you of what is possible when you focus in one direction long enough to achieve something monumental and worthy. Your health!

You ARE worth it. Inside you already know this... but the outside world has you believing other things... at least until you put your foot down and stepped forward towards your future you. The you that could be.

That’s what a fitness anchor point does. It taps into your SPIRIT and touches your soul. It establishes a deep connection with an accomplishment that will NOT be forgotten. An empowering moment from which optimism, confidence and determination are granted.

A defining moment that will shape you from that day on.

That’s the point of laying down the track. Yes. It’s hard work... but once done you can now traverse this way again at any moment you chose. Not only that, but you have created a jumping off point to achieve even better, even greater things.

That’s the reward that goes to the adventurer.

So you tell me... was it worth taking that first step? Was it worth pushing past what you thought was possible? We’re you stronger than you thought you were? Do you feel empowered by the steps you took?

If you can answer a resounding, “YES!”, to any of these questions... then you know what I mean when I say, “Fitness Anchor Point.”

HOW TO GET AN #AUTOMATICWIN

Select your activity:

STEP 2

Get 10,000 steps before 10am.

STEP 3

Take a screen shot of your @Actifit step count for proof of an #AutomaticWin.

STEP 4

At the end of the day post your proof of activity to the Steem blockchain with the @Actifit app as you normally would.

STEP 5

Include (along with the #Actifit hashtag) the #AutomaticWin hashtag and the screen capture proof you took when you got your 10,000 steps before 10am to your end of day post using the @Actifit app.
NOTE: You may also include the #AdventureWalk, #AdventureRun, or @AdventureClimb hashtags (please only use one of these at a time per. post.) depending on what primary activity you did to get your #AutomaticWin! We will use this information to enhance the step statistics we publish during the course of any currently running Step Challenges!
