My Actifit Activity Log [02.10.2019] YOU’RE COMPOUNDING SOMETHING EVEN IF YOUR NOT WORKING OUT

I strongly believe that having the attitude and desire to take control of one’s own health is key to actually living a healthy lifestyle and enjoy a life worth living.

One of the problems with taking pills for ailments (not that you shouldn't if you really do need them!) is that they have a way of making people think that they aren't responsible for their lifestyles. Many think that all they need to do is take a pill to fix a health problem they are having and if it doesn't work or things get worse they think that it's not their fault. It's the medicines fault for not working like the doctor said it would. Often these medications are extremely expensive. I think that if one were to put the same amount of investment into drinking more water, healthier food options, and personal training they would have better results for the money they spend!

Below are a couple of ideas I am completely behind when it comes to each of these 3 potential improvements. (Take a look but don't forget to come back... I'm not finished yet! lol!)

Fundamentally, having a personal trainer, physio therapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, massage therapist, and the very rare doctor’s appointment are all key ingredients to keeping yourself in good working order however... REMEMBER! No one is going to take care of you like you. Although having these levels of support are important taking personal responsibility for your health and well-being with proper hydration, a good nutritional foundation, and a solid fitness program is always (every time) the key ingredients to reversing the effects of aging on the body, mind, and spirit.

Let's put it this way... If one doesn't take direct control over their health and well-being it would be safe to say that things would not improve... In fact I think it would be safe to say that, much like if you left your vehicle untended for years, your body would also end up in a pile of dust and rust! Think about it! At the current rate if you did absolutely nothing to improve your health... How long would it take before you were feeling twice as bad as you are right now?

You see! This is why it's important to make the important important. And how do you know it's important?

Because only you can do it. That's how!

Chronic ongoing pain is the result of negatively compounded action (or in-action). It's your bodies only way of communicating with you... and all too often we have sadly condition ourselves to turn off all those prompting warning lights (with medications, excuses, etc.) because we feel that we simply are too busy doing "important" things...

As a certified personal trainer it is my sincere desire to add more meaning to people’s activities. I believe that if I can add more meaning to peoples activities that I can add more meaning to people’s lives. It is my main purpose as a fitness trainer to assist my clients in designing sustainable healthy lifestyles worth living.

Our bodies are amazing! If we can give them what they need with sufficient hydration, sound nutrition, and ample exercise the body will ALWAYS default to healthy. The condition our bodies are in is truly a direct result of the way we have been thinking (mind) and ultimately, behind it all, our reasons why (spirit).

It is my hope that I have inspired you today to take good care of your earth suites and compound healthy instead of unhealthy results today!

Let’s keep making time for the important things because they are important things after all!

due to winter season I drink very little water aprox 3 or 4 glassed a day but now weather is changing now I try to increase the number of glasses.

Great post Wil. Adequate hydration is key to good health. Speaking of pills not only are they expensive but they are toxic too. Pharmaceutical companies are making mad profits at our expense. If only people ate right wholesome foods and drank water many diseases and conditions would be avoided.

Thank you Eric! The Audio book, "Your Bodies Many Cries For Water" talks all about dehydration being the root cause of many diseases that people are treating with toxic medications. As the individual ages the thirst receptors in the body decline in sensitivity... The result being less prompts to drink water when the body actually needs it and this only compounds the toxic effect that the drugs are having. No wonder the body is in a state of dis ease!

I know people who spend more money on their medications than on wholesome healthy food! It's a sad state of affairs when the current "health" system is more of a sickness system. It's not really about preventing and avoiding sickness and disease... It, rather, about "managing" the symptoms brought on by the REAL causes.
