上肢及胸部锻炼 My Actifit Report Card: 十一月 8 2018

立冬过了……太阳下山也早了……本来想拍的是晚霞……那两辆车似乎喧宾夺主了……

今天主要进行上肢及胸部力量的锻炼……从开始认真锻炼但现在一个多月了,一直都主要练腰腹下肢,这两天换了新教练才开始练上肢和胸部……

这两个部位主要使用器械来锻炼,一共用了三台器械,一台平推,一台上举,一台前夹……因为第一次使用,教练让我先试一下,15个就好了……结果他实在太高估我了,最轻的重量我都推不动!!😂结果,在他的协助下平推做了6个,上举只能勉强做3个,前夹好一点,可以自己做15个……这三组动作一共做了两组……

然后用最轻的哑铃做了20次×3组的手臂屈伸,接着是前举和侧平举10次×3组……侧平举时还是得教练协助,要不根本举不起来……😅😅

教练问我,体能一直都这么差吗?我只能告诉他,我的体育只有在考试的时候才能勉强及格……我想他是无语了吧……😂😂
