事实证明，看PPT学习没有详细讲解确实是不行滴……今天上课时很多资料还是查不出来，有很多技巧教程没写、PPT没写……都是从讲师的口中得知的……
谁说过，培训师要讲的东西都不会写在PPT上，这是多么真实啊……
