My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2018

날씨가 무척 쌀쌀해졌습니다. 평소 옷차림으로 나왔는데 콧물이 나올정도네요. 입에서 입김도 보여요. 겨울이 느껴집니다. 추울땐 뛰어야죠.

혹시 조깅과 러닝의 차이를 아시나요? 둘 다 뛰는건데 제가 지금 하고 있는 운동이 조깅인지 러닝인지 궁금하더라구요.

일단 러닝은 조깅에 비해 속도가 빠릅니다. 둘 다 지속적으로 뛰는 것은 같지만 조깅은 신체적으로 무리가 가지않는 선에서 천천히 달리는 것이라면 러닝은 조깅과 전력질주의 중간정도의 강도로 달립니다. 일반적으로 걷기 - 조깅 - 러닝 순으로 운동 강도를 높이게되며 러닝의 핵심포인트는 러닝하이, 러너스하이 라고 불리는 쾌감, 쾌락을 맛볼 수 있다는 것 일겁니다.

저는 예전에 한참 달리기 재미붙였을때 휴식기간에 하프마라톤에 준비없이 나갔다가 무릎을 상해서 뛰고는 싶지만 뛰지를 못하네요. 같이 준비 없이 나간 친구는 중간에 그만뒀는데 뭔 자존심인지 고집부렸다가 그 뒤 내내 후회하고 있어요. 늘 충분히 워밍업 후에 운동하세요. 팔로우하고 갑니다^^

아... 저도 말씀하신 내용 꼭 참고하겠습니다.
