My Actifit Report Card: December 2 2018
Today, needing to get some outside time to help get my depression under control, we went to Redbud Valley Nature Preserve in Catoosa, Oklahoma. We have been here before and taken the easy trail. Today we took the harder trail that goes along the bluffs. Between the leaves and the rocks on the path, we found moments that it was a bit scary.

Howdy guys, you gotta be feeling better to do that kind of a hike! That's a pretty good score.
It was pretty awesome. It was a rough trail, but well worth it.
Yes exactly, I could tell it was a rough trail, it was so rough looking that I even felt like I accomplished something just watching you make it through! lol. great job guys.
Well, then we did our job! haha. I love that we are willing to do the harder trails. I know it is something I should be careful of with my bad knee, but I just love doing them.
I agree and understand and thankfully it's not a timed event unless you want it to be so you can go steady and carefully!
I definitely would not rush. It is a bit hairy in a couple of places. There were so many leaves on the path that I would not want to rush.
