Fighting sore muscles with sore muscles / Actifit Report Card: Oktober 9 2018
The weather was really great and I moved a lot. In the morning with my dog, at noon with my bike and in the evening on foot - I went to Taekwondo training again to put today's on yesterday's sore muscles. Tomorrow we will see if it worked. I'm looking forward to the next days, because the weather should be really nice again.
Wahnsinnswetter führte dazu, dass ich mich viel bewegt habe. In der Früh mit dem Hund, mittags mit dem Rad und abends zu Fuß - Ich bin nämlich nochmals zum Taekwondo Training gefahren, um dem Muskelkater von gestern den von heute überzustülpen. Obs funktioniert hat, wird sich morgen zeigen. Ich freue mich auf die nächsten Tage, denn das Wetter soll nochmal richtig schön werden.
