My Actifit Report Card: November 8 2018
Lots of steps! I am glad to have this change of pace forced on me. It's reminding me how much I LOVE walking! It's like part of my identity in what I do.
Two feet & a heart beat!! And, some good winter gear where I live too.
Today's steps were extra special! I did a big chunk of them with my nephew. He's 3. It was such an enjoyable time spent out doors chatting away enjoying a great adventure!
