Hello! Hello!! How's everyone in Steemland today?
Well, it seems like i over did it last week 😬 never fun. Had to take a few days to recover after that. Still trying to adjust to the crazy cold we were gifted. Bleh! Luckily we are going to get warmer temps the next few days. I sure hope so!
The sunset picture was from a few days ago. That path is too snowy to walk on with sneakers now. And, it's too early to walk in my snow boots already 🤦♀️

I hear you about overdoing it. I keep taking one step forward, two steps back. I was feeling fit, in good shape, then my kids get sick and boom, I get it, too. Rest. Nurture. Take it easy. Now I'm starting to feel better but I go for a walk and all I've got is energy for a short one. I guess we just take it day by day, right? Be kind to yourself. Your best is always enough. ;)
