@adsactly, Yes, for sure people when hold the common goals and interest then the percentage of Engagement increases and when Engagement increases then an Productive Relationships develops.

And to attain growth is not easy and short period of Engagement never grow means, it's an process and we have to take out time to engage daily and in that way an true relations develop.

And if we have effective Engagements then for sure we will going to attain satisfactory results in any project and that is because, members always work in team.

And for sure this is the time when we have to work hard more because we all know that the time is tough but we should hold the Long Term mindset and for sure situations will improve.

The knowledge of @adsactly audience allows to define on which community it is necessary to bet to reach such target. The more precise, the easier it is to set up a strategy. And to maintain the commitment of its fans, we must offer them contests, exclusive news, share the highlights of the events that we organized, etc. Finally, we must of course listen and especially take the time to meet his fans.

I'm a very introverted person, and as such I hate to bother people. That's what it always feels like when I initiate a conversation, at least. If someone replies to me specifically, I try to respond to them quickly. But initiating conversation is incredibly intimidating.

I have lots of conversations with people on Minds, but I'm just generally more used to the format there, and the notifications themselves work decently well for tracking conversations. For Steemit, it seems Discord is the standard, but every time I join a server I just feel overwhelmed with the number of channels, conversations, and people. I just never really acclimated to it, even though I can still perform basic operations on it and have used it off an on for years.

I guess what I really need to do is sit down someday and really do a deep dive in how Discord works, and the various channels on all the groups I'm a part of.

There are many in the channel that doesn't know where to start. This will really help those set of people to get engaged. I'm not excluded.

You are right, good relationships need almost daily engagement. I'm not on the adsactly discord channel, but I’d like to join the hangouts and I’ll have to keep an eye out for them. Trust friendship are the best way to engage in any community. Thanks for this article.

Getting started at first is the main hindrances that stops me...i have been into adsactly discord but never been active just because of some initial hiccups. How to start a conversation with anyone...that keep me stopping

Very pertinent the last words of this post in which you put the do first, before asking! I have seen in many servers and even in some comments how people come asking for a vote or a help, without contributing anything. This behaviour, more than favouring, can damage your image. In @adsactly there is a friendly, interesting and heterogeneous group (from all over the world) that lives almost all day on the server. I am Venezuelan and there I have not only been related to Venezuelans, but also from Mexico, Colombia, Canada, Holland, India, Singapore. I am sure that whatever project we propose, we will succeed if we are not only clear about our objectives, but also united.

Trust friendship are the best way to engage in any community. In second paragraph the second line you have written people like two time but I don’t think it need to be there two time @adsactly you have great thoughts
