Essentially I have the honor of being able to tell you a little about what is the internal peace that each person has that being all that complements it for the rest of his life and it is worth mentioning that he is at each stage of it. it is fundamental for each activity that the individual performs.

The Peace

Without lengthening its definition, it is simply a feeling of harmony that each individual experiences, allowing a unique satisfaction through previous events that he has passed, so that his other definition would be a feeling of well-being that human beings have. for moments of tranquility obtained where he makes them experience a level of belonging with himself.

It is true that peace is found in each person but How do you get to have inner peace?

This would be a complex issue to define since each person is a world and no one is the same as another individual, but if it is possible to achieve inner peace through continuous procedures that people have as soon as they are concerned with the psychic change where it is necessary to transmit and change anger, anger and anguishinto something positive, being that other beings observe the exponential change that has been acquired through the continuous practice of the change of emotions in order to acquire a unique and enviable inner peace for many where nothing will affect your nervous and immune system for the level of tranquility obtained.

So much peace is essential in each individual that there is a specific day to celebrate where this day is September 21 of every year in the world and is commemorated in many countries for its transcendental level through past generations to respect this day and celebrate it as a holiday so that people take them as a day of rest, something different that each person respects and they honor the Day of peace.

Influential people for world peace.

The issue of world peace has been very important in a great way since values, humility and a sense of love for other people have been lost. Thus, in this way he finds a change that greatly influences the hatred, the evil and selfishness that come from past generations up to the present, but even so there are people who have been the most important in changing these bad feelings. to the absolute level of peace and these are:

• Teresa de Cacuta: She was an Albanian Catholic nun, famous for her humanitarian work in India. Being recognized worldwide for its fine and concrete work in this site, where there are even phrases, symbols and statues that remind her of her work.

• Mahatma Gandhi: A very fair, calm and peaceful person where he was incarcerated for several years through his ideology of peace and the level of conviction he had for the people to be against the reasons presented by the government at the time, but knowing the people of the site that deprived of liberty a person who wanted the good for the country went back to wars and tragedies but, his noble heart and thought managed to transmit to people who left everything in vain and when they released him to freedom was a man new and wise helping a lot to his country and with his ideology I try to change the world.

• Nelsson Mandela: Another person who influenced in his wise words where he was recognized and admired for his thought of internal peace as a world and his legacy is very important reflected by the generations for their charitable actions.

• Martin Luther King: An individual who was criticized by many people in his nation just for being of a different color, he was also a pastor of a church where he suffered many anguish during his life but went with the faith to change the world and leave ideas that are beneficial when the I was not there and although it was demoted since many people at that time were racists its importance was very great.

• Jhon Lennon: Characterized by his level of music and in the era where he lived; It was a great help since he came for the ideologies of Dr. King (Martin Luther King) in the world change of wars for peace and world brotherhood, unfortunately considered him crazy for his beliefs and thinking that God it did not exist but this never prevented him from doing what he wanted to do in terms of the change that each person should have harmonically and sentimentally. His very creative way of doing it was for his music where it is very popular today as we know it.

• The most important of all is called "Jesus Christ": A man sent by God who wants the best for his creation that are humans, where he even came to earth to certify and express the wonderful things that can be acquired as soon as to peace and to be generated in other people.

Means that other people know as peace

Not only inner peace is obtained by moments of joy but also by performing an activity where each individual feels identified and experiences that unique and predictable joy that must be had in the rest of the life of each person, but still there are means of activities that consider it for internal peace as it is:

• The Yoga: An activity where mind and body are used to be performed by slow movements. Many people use it and have managed to deduce that they feel a distinct peace in doing so.

In if there are thousands of ways to know the inner peace in the lives of many people, it should only be put into practice to see the changes that people have in doing it and have that feeling so enviable, unique and peaceful to have it.
