/Nina Simone: Feeling Good/ cover 🌟DTube exclusive🌟
This song was supposed to be my entry for #openmic this week, but i couldnt make it in time for so it goes into my DTube exclusive series (uuuuu that sounds important. haha)....
On to the song itself. There are a few iterations of the song and thats precisely why i love it so much. Its very open to your own interpretation. The original from 1965, by Nina Simone is quite different from Michael Buble version so many years later and same goes for the various iterations you could hear on talent shows.
Other well known musicians that covered it would be: "George Michael, Pussycat dolls, Muse...
It really has become iconic since its re-release as a single in 1994.
I found the end part a bit troublesome since thats where she does her vocal improvisations. I did the best i could there.. haha. The track used was from the original version sicne i couldnt find a decent one from the more modern covers.

Yeah its really different from modern music, i wasnt used to it. Took me a few tries to get it all in one take.
In front of an audience its kind of easier then just singing into a mic in a empty room. haha
But thats online content for you. Even that you need to learn somehow to overcome.
