3 methods for improving memory from experience.

The content of the data that must be processed in human mind is increasing. Especially on the academic side the volume and size of the books are becoming bigger and bigger.These are some of the practical tricks I used while studying. It helped me a lot in my academic curriculum.I think whomever is reading this might find it useful also.

Recollecting from bed itself- We may feel very difficult to get up from bed. It is as if there is a kind of magnetic attraction towards bed.The best way to get rid of that sleepy feeling is trying to recollect the material you studied the previous day in the bed itself. There by you have two advantages. The brain will restart fresh and after some time you can getup from bed without that drowsy mood. Another advantage is as your brain is fresh for the day you can recollect it easily.

Make diagrams and stick it on the walls- For example If you want to learn about photosynthesis make a diagram of photosynthesis and paste it on your wall. Even when you are reading something else just glance it over the wall. Repeated visualization of a subject will surely improve the memory.

Make mnemonics- It should not be some random things. It is always better making mnemonics based on what you know. For examples you can make mnemonics related to books you love or films you have seen.Make it as a picture. Just make sure you remember mnemonics and its expansion well. Don't be like a friend of mine who wrote just mnemonics for an answer. There was a question in biochemistry: What are the essential amino acids?
The mnemonic was "MATT VIL PHLY" which was basically expansion of aminoacids. M-methionine,A-Arginine and so on.
This fellow forgot the expansion and wrote "Matt will fly" in answer sheet .So be careful.I honestly hope these methods which worked out for me will work out for you too.
