WCE vs GWS
Both teams have had strong starts to the season but both are in the middle of an injury run.
Team changes include:
IN: Brandon Ah Chee, Brayden Ainsworth, Fraser McInnes, Will Schofield
OUT: Nic Naitanui (susp) Luke Shuey (Hamstring) Jack Petruccelle (foot) Jeremy McGovern
Definitely some big outs for us but it opens the door to first gamer Brandon 'bubba' Ainsworth and Ah Chee will play his first game for West Coast. McInnes will have very large shoes to fill taking nicnats place while Schoy will cover for McGovern.
I'm a long time fan of Schoy and glad to see him getting a run. While he isn't that 3rd man up / intercept marker he is still soild and has covered some of the best in the sport.
Should be a tough game with so many changes and playing away. A good test for us but spoiler alert WCEs to win by 6
Losing McGovern will hurt, partucularly after the NicNat tribunal farce. Good to see McInnes getting a chance again this season.
Definitely, hopefully Barrass can soften that. He's been talking on a similar defensive game lately. Lycett has been so much better this year, I think we'll still win the ruck battle.
The ruck battle isn't as important if your onballers are good enough to read the opposition taps. If McInnes or Lycett can drop back into the hole across half back, that will help cover McGovern as well

I don't think he brings that much pace. He's more the time trial winner that would still be maintaining effort late in the last quarter
