my third instep pass

Today i had another section of instep pass.

This section was recorded by an old friend, who came around to see me after a frustrating week, we had a long conservation before the drill, thereafter i choose to see how i will bring him into this, coz hes a gym instructor. then after the discussion i had to drill myself, it was nice instep for interesting one.
