Good day friends, welcome to another episode of my drill. If you are looking for a way to keep fit, feel free to join me up. Remember that exercise is the key to sound health.

The zig zag hurdles movement gives you balance which enables you to make moves that will sees you defeating your opponent with ease. I ensure the hurdles were set out properly before I move the ball through it.
