Steem Powered Soccer Academy - Let's See Those Skills!

In this Industrious times we find ourselves always busy. From our homes to offices/workstations and back. Most people don't even get any free time until weekends. Some stay-at-home people live a sedentary lifestyle with a large number confined to their couches binging on snacks and soda while playing games or visually devouring television shows.
It is quite important to keep ourselves healthy. Many incorrectly think all they have to do is eat healthily and keep their environment clean. For us to be fully healthy we also have to exercise our bodies. This promotes blood-flow and makes our organs and bodies stronger.
A quick-fire way to exercise is soccer. Soccer is an ideal sport for a full body workout as playing it engages pretty much all the parts of the body. In soccer you run, jump, throw, can chest the ball and head it.
The advantage of soccer over most sports is that it doesn't have any age or gender requirements. Here's a video of Under 11-year-old girls playing soccer and loving it!
The Andre Gray Football Coaching Academy is dedicated to encouraging public participation in soccer drills that will keep them fit and teach them a few football skills as well. The Andre Gray Football Coaching Academy is working with the Steem blockchain to reward active participation. Andre Gray is a Striker for the EPL Club Watford FC. He came up through a youth system and so he understands the importance of proper training. All you need to be a part of this program is a phone/camera and the internet. His Drill Program gives videos of basic soccer skills that participants can learn, practice and make videos of themselves performing. Participants can easily upload their videos to Youtube and then post them on Steemit using the Academy's Portal. The video submissions will be reviewed and rewarded. You can even see the top videos in the Academy's Hall of Fame Section.
