Good morning guys, this is Bait and today I will be sharing some inspirational health talks with us. I hope you have read the last couple of posts I made using this approach and that you also do well to share them around. Before I go into any details of this post, I would like to affirm that these whole thing is about Air-clinic more than it is about my skills in writing so if you appreciate my efforts in writing these articles to you, I would like you to express your gratitude by checking the app out and also visiting @air-clinic on steemit to find out more about this amazing work being done on the STEEM blockchain.

The topic of this post will focus more on our attitude of negligence towards our health. And before I go into any details, I would like to share with us a hypothetical story, just to let us get a clearer picture of the whole idea. I am not necessarily a story person. However, this article and some other ones I have done before made it all necessary.

We can’t overemphasize the importance of leading a healthy life and ensuring that we put all our organs in check. Life is short but living in ignorance and negligence of vital things pertaining to health could make life even shorter. Let’s take a look at the life of Benjamin; he is a worker at the mill with an average salary that helps him keep up with his daily costs and also save some extra against unprecedented occurrences. Ben was so detailed and organized. He always paid attention to details except for with his own health. And unfortunately for him, he didn’t know until it became too late. First, all he noticed was a slight loss in his weight. He never knew that his body wasn’t producing enough insulin for energy consumption. Fat and muscle had to be burn to enable the body keep going with enough energy. Ben never knew it was diabetes on the way. He lived with the symptoms for a while and more kept coming. He thought it was some pressure from work and that it would go away after some rest. To cut it short, his diabetes became chronic and he had to live with it for the rest of his life.

Are we getting something here? If only Ben had paid attention to this detail earlier just like he did with every other thing in his life, he would probably have found out what was wrong earlier before it became worse. We shouldn’t be like Ben, we should pay attention to our health. And make sure to consult a medical expert whenever we notice any irregularities in our system. I’m not saying that we should panic.

All I’m saying is that we should at least have a working knowledge given by an expert on what is truly happening to us and what we need to do to make it go away. If you don’t have a background in medicine or any related field, there’s no point toying with your health with a deceptive knowledge that you have it all figured out. Let’s pay close attention to these and see how things will drastically change for us.

Haven’t you noticed? Sometimes you think it’s worse but in fact it’s not and sometimes we think it’s a slight one and yet it’s worse. Why do you pay more attention to your car than you do to your health? Because you know you have no idea and believe that the mechanic knows best. Why then do you trust yourself so much with your health when you know that you have no training in the medical field?

If you pay more attention earlier friend, it wouldn’t be chronic. Your health is more important than your car or house or plumbing in the kitchen.

You could make a difference today and decide to get a doctor for regular checkup. Guess what? it’s actually easier than you think. Have you heard about Air-clinic? They take all your fears of hospitals away and make a new model to bring medical services to people like you and I. You can with Air-clinic order for a doctor like you would order a taxi. It’s very simple; all you need to do is get an app. The benefits of using them are vast coupled with the fact that they are also affordable irrespective of your financial status. Yeah! Talking about finances, they have a coin called Aircoin and they are currently giving it away in a campaign that’s scheduled to end in three days, though it began about three weeks ago.
