The History of the Phoenix Theatre

The Phoenix theatre is one of the most enchanting theatres, founded in 1920, in the United States and is one of the top destinations to visit. As one of the oldest art organizations in the country, the Phoenix has had an unbridled dedication to the arts, and throughout history has been one of the most respected platforms for young performing artists. The Phoenix theatre helped develop the careers of many people; be it playwrights as well as composers, and actors. In 1952, the building that was the foundation from the inception of this age-old theatre was converted into an art museum, and also later become the Phoenix library, as a visual benchmark of historical achievement. In 2013, the Phoenix theatre expanded into one of the most significant expansions of performing arts in South West America.

Phoenix Theatre Culture

With a variety of interesting, dynamic and world-class productions, the Phoenix theatre never fails to impress. The commitment to delivering excellent services and to give patrons the best experience possible is what makes watching one of the productions more than worth a visit, aside from watching the incredible productions of course.

The Phoenix Theatre encapsulates its mission with the aim to create articulate messages that give hope and understanding. It has a commitment to transcending the boundaries of cultural and political differences by bringing the community together by race, religion, orientation, and color. The Phoenix theatre is a place where prejudice is left outside and inside is an all-inclusive community of watchers and performers, laughter and visual comradery. By inspiring compassion and globalized worldviews, the performance reflects the progressive nature of the human soul, and leaves the audience touched by both beauty and wonder.
