The situation in the Middle East is always uneasy. In recent years, the situation has become more complex due to the rise of the Arab Spring and Muhammad bin Salman. However, between 12 and 14 May, there are several important events that are scheduled to take place in Iran, Iraq and Palestine, through which the future of Middle East may be determined.

May 12, 2018 : Iran Nuclear Agreement

1. On May 12, US President Donald Trump is likely to cancel Iran's nuclear deal, and by this it is going to revive the Middle East crisis. President Trump, however, did not say clearly whether he will actually cancel the contract. But most analysts think that the trump contract will really cancel.

May 12, 2018 : Iraq's Parliamentary Elections

2. Iraq's parliamentary elections will be held on May 12, 2018. This is going to be the first national election after the release of Iraq from the militant organization IS (Islamic State, Isis). For this reason, the election is very important for the future of Iraq and the Middle East.

In the coming days, with the control of remaining areas occupied by Iraq's IS, whether it is able to establish itself as an effective and developing state by eliminating communal conflicts, keeping itself free from the interference of regional and international superpowers, much depends on the team that will win in this election, their policies and steps taken.

May 14, 2018 : Embassy Movement in Jerusalem

3. On May 14, 2018. The United States will officially move their embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. According to the UN resolution, despite Israel's exclusive rights to Jerusalem, the United States recognizes the illegally occupied Jerusalem as the first state in the world and is going to transfer its embassy to Israel as its capital.

Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat has set up a website for Israelis to welcome Trump. Barkat’s video message to the incoming president thanks Trump for the promise to move the US embassy “to the eternal capital of the Jewish people.”

On the other hand, "The Great March of Return Movement" is scheduled to end on May 15, the day Palestinians are known as 'Nakba' or Disaster Day. On this day of 1948, 75,000 Palestinians were evicted illegally from their homesteads after the establishment of Israel. This year's 70th anniversary will be celebrated.

But just one day before Israel's establishment anniversary, the US embassy's relocation of Jerusalem may prompt further protests in Palestine. The protesters in the Gaza Strip may burst out in protest, which can lead to a more complex shape by increasing the attacks of Israeli soldiers on them. And it can be pressed for a long time in the peaceful solution process of the Palestinian crisis.
