The Duck: Kwak kwak

Duck is the common name for a large number of species in the waterfowl family Anatidae, which also includes swans and geese.

These ducks are raised to produce eggs for balot making. Balot is a developing bird embryo (usually a duck) that is boiled and eaten from the shell. It originated from and is commonly sold as street food in the Philippines. Usually sell at night and best if paired with beer.
