He belongs to one of the retired persons in this complex, and they obviously spoil him to this extent.

His legs appear so short and he quite struggles to run...although he did mange a few trots to get away from me eventually...

Yes, Ainie - he is very very adorable; but you can't hug him without breaking your back, ROFL! I don't know this cat, I just saw him in the complex where I did the Ladies hair.
