These little cheeky squirrels in Yosemite Park are just cute. But actually it is also a bit sad, because the many feeding by the tourists, they are not really "independent". Therefore, there are numerous signs that prohibit feeding!

Diese kleinen frechen Eichhörnchen im Yosemite Park sind einfach putzig. Aber eigentlich ist es auch etwas traurig, denn durch das viele Füttern von den Touristen, sind sie nicht mehr wirklich "selbstständig". Daher gibt es dort zahlreiche Schilder die das Füttern verbieten!

Have you ever been to London? The squirrels in Hyde Park are really quite extraordinary. If you have a bag of peanuts with you, they have no reservations whatsoever. They'll climb up your leg, sit on your lap, walk across your arm, sit on your shoulder...anything to get the nuts! I'm not sure whether or not people are actually allowed to feed them, but they do, and it's a pretty crazy experience.
