My animal diary || Cricket..... 2
Today is another beautiful day, am bringing on another animal to my diary or album record #myanimaldiary.
Am trying on getting us familiar with some of the little animal around our environment.
On the move comes this domestic cricket.
Cricket falls into the kingdom of animalia, family of Gryllidae and are of insects related to bush crickets, and, more distantly, to grasshoppers. Some of the cricket are omnivorous and while some are herbivorous in nature.
They occur in varied habitats from grassland, bushes, and forests to marshes, beaches, and caves. Crickets are mainly nocturnal, and are best known for the loud noise.
In countries like China to Europe these crickets are kept as a pet for cricket fight. In the southeast Asia it is use for making food or fried as snack.
