My fasting window was rapidly closing today. I only had 25 minutes left to eat half ...
... of this grilled chicken (made on the Green egg), roasted potatoes and corn on the cob. But it turned out it wasn’t much of a problem :) Well fed I’m entering my 16 hour fast now. It’s pretty doable this lifestyle tbh. Looking forward to the weight in on monday to see if I booked some results.

I think you'll be surprised at the results man. Do you have a coffee in the morning and hold off until 1/2pm for food? I've been doing this on and off for 6/8 months and yeah, I lost probably too much!
My window for food is 12pm till 8pm. I do drink coffee in the morning (black).
Good luck with that! The chicken looks fantastic! I am still in the market for a new grill and though I don't think I can afford a BGE I am definitely going to be looking for something that I can grill a full chicken on.

That is what I am looking at. I think I like the versatility of it and the number of add-ons that different companies have made to work with it. They still aren't cheap though, so I need to be saving my pennies!
